E - VITARAN

E-VITARAN Software is developed for Food and Civil Supply Wing under Revenue Department of Government of Maharashtra. It is used by all Collector offices and it's underlying Tahsil and Supply Godown offices comprising more than 1200 users. We are working with Financial Advisor and Deputy Secretary Office of Government of Maharashtra Also we have joint venture with IndusInd Bank Ltd. This is the web based software system developed for District Supply Office (Collector Office) responsible for Grain Distribution Activity in entire district. The system consists of four different modules located geographically at different places – District Supply Office (DSO), Tahsil Office, Godown and Transport Representative Office. The Transport Representative office is responsible for lifting of grain from Food Carporation of India (FCI) godown and transport it to supply godown. The Tahsil office keeps the track of generation of challan for deposition of money to treasury office by Fair Price Shop (FPS) keeeper. After this the permits is issued by tahsil office for lifting of grain by FPS. This module also keeps track of various incomes and expenses related with supply system at tahsil level and generates the reports. The godown office keeps the information of the grains issued to the FPS as per permit issued by tahsil office. As well as it keeps the track of grain transported to godown by Transport Representative. All these three modules are controlled by DSO and total compilation of the data is done and reports are generated at this level.

E - TENDER

This is very useful software package for the offices where activities related to tender process are performed on regular basis and in large quantity. This product keeps the information about the Estimate, Pre-Tender, Tender as well as Bill and various recoveries like Royalty and Schedule A recovery. It then generates more than 20 different reports required at Executive Engineer’s Office. The classification of information is done in different sections like A/C Head wise, Date Wise, and Expenses Amount wise. This is further divided as project wise reports or consolidated reports.

ESTABLISHMENT

This is the implementation of the concept of paperless office. This software gathers the Establishment related information of the employees in various divisional offices. It stores the information and provides the necessary reports at divisional office. All the information is stored in the database file. This file could be send to the circle office. There is different software at circle office which consolidates the information sent from different divisional offices and generates the reports necessary at circle office level.

PUNARVASU

This software system is developed to assist the “District Rehabilitation Officer” to keep track of the information about the rehabilitation of the people. There are thousands of cases of rehabilitation present in the office. So it becomes a tough task to keep track of present scenario about the rehabilitation. The information is required to be organised and presented in ‘n’ number of ways to the higher authority. This software system proves as a powerful tool to perform the above mentioned tasks. It enables the officer to generate the latest updated information of rehabilitation as per the choice.

IMOS

This is the web based software system developed for the organisations engaged in the earth moving and mining industry. Such companies possesses a large number of machinery like excavators, loaders, rollers etc. They possess the lot of man power like labour as well as engineers and office staff. Along with it lot of maintenance work of machinery is daily activity for such organisations. The sites are located at different geographical locations and it is very difficult for central administrative office to keep track of day to day activities performed at sites. Also optimisation of resources (machinery and persons) becomes very tricky job. This ultimately affects the growth of the organisation. IMOS is the solution which is nothing but Integrated Management of Office and Site. It has four different types of logins – Administrator, Office, Godown and Site. The Administrator login has all exclusive rights of the web application. All the compilation of the data is done at this level and it assists the administrative person to take the decisions for optimum use of resources. Office login keeps track of all purchases, work contracts as well as payroll of the staff members. All the accounting reports are generated here. Godown login does the spare part related activities like purchase of parts, its supply to the site, maintenance of the machinery and scrap operations. Site login keeps the information of daily working performed at site, labour attendance etc. All these modules works as integrated system and generates the fruitful results.
